David was my broker for the purchase of my residence in 2013. He found me everything my wife and I were looking for. David also brokered the sale of a rental house I owned in 2015. Not only is he really easy to work with, he is also a great negotiator. David was able to sell the rental within hours of listing it and was able to negotiate a higher selling price than my asking price. I would choose David again if I ever sell my residence, but since he did such a good job finding it for me, I don't know if I'll ever want to sell it....
